Known issues, and how to reach a person.
Gradus is being built in the open, and this page is where that shows. Below is what we already know is unfinished or wrong. If you hit something else, have a question, or want something Gradus does not do yet, the form sends it straight to the person building it. Leave an email and you get a reply.
What we know about
Browser reminders only fire while a Gradus tab is open
Web push, which would survive a closed tab, is not built. The daily email digest covers you when you are signed in; the browser alert is the only other delivery there is.

Exam windows and TBA dates come through as guesses
When a syllabus gives an examination period instead of a day, the import picks a date inside it and marks it in amber with a question mark. Set the real date on the course page once the school publishes it; that confirms it for the calendar and the reminders.

Paid features are not on sale yet
Everything in the tracker is free. The pre-professional add-ons in the pricing table cannot be bought until the free tracker has settled.

The phone app is not in the stores
The Android and iOS app is built and tested but not yet published. The website works on a phone in the meantime, and a signed-in account will carry your grades into the app when it ships.

Write in
For a problem, say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your grades never leave your device; the message carries only what you type here, the page you were on, and your browser's name.
Prefer email? reports@gradus.ca for a problem or an idea, support@gradus.ca for a question. What has shipped is on the what's new page, and whether the service itself is up is on the status page.
